Travel is by town, based on round trip mileage from my Roosevelt-area starting point, using federal mileage rates, rounded down:

Travel may be discounted when multiple appointments can be scheduled along the same route.
With over 16 years of experience in banking and consumer lending, as well as 13 years of experience as a notary public with over 1,000 notarizations performed, I am very familiar with Utah Notary law. On top of that, all of that experience is from right here in Duchesne County.
I have notarized signatures for people on mineral rights agreements, warranty deeds, personal documents, wills, POAs, lending documents, permission slips for rodeos, Oil & Gas leases, rental agreements, mortgage modifications, affidavits of identity, requests for information, retirement distributions, 401(k) documents, and many more.
When I’m not working, I love exploring the outdoors in our lovely state, especially our incredible Uinta Basin. Hiking, camping, backpacking, biking, and photography are some of my favorite things to do, and I LOVE that the Basin has all of them so easily accessible!!
